Recognizing that an appreciation of the arts is part of a well-rounded education, Joseph and Helen Dyer were significant contributors for the development and construction of a center for the visual arts in the Lyndon Baines Johnson Building (LBJ) at RIT's National Technical Institute for the Deaf.
The 7,000-square-foot, glass-enclosed art center is the focal point of the Lyndon Baines Johnson Building, and will house and exhibit art works by both deaf and hearing artists.
A glass roof covering the arts center bathes the exhibition rooms in natural light. This state-of-the-art facility will further NTID's national and international reputation as a center for technological and artistic expression.
