Joseph F. And Helen C. Dyer Arts Center (LBJ)

Joseph F. and Helen C. Dyer

Recognizing that an appreciation of the arts is part of a well-rounded education; Joseph and Helen Dyer were significant contributors for the development and construction of a center for the visual arts in the Lyndon Baines Johnson Hall (LBJ) on the National Technical Institute for the Deaf campus at RIT.

The 7,000-square-foot, glass-enclosed art center is the focal point of the LBJ Hall, housing and exhibiting art works by both deaf and hearing artists.

A glass roof covering the center bathes the exhibition rooms in natural light. This state-of-the-art facility will further NTID's national and international reputation as a center for technological and artistic expression.
